Meet Heather, Mountain Property Care's founder.
Heather has personally lived in this great town for 18 years and my husband was born and raised in Steamboat. Our daughter & son are 6th generation Steamboat, how awesome is that!? We built our home on the original family homestead just south of town and are so happy to call Steamboat home.
Heather and her husband, Tyler, own rental property in Routt County so they know the stress a second home can bring but are here to help you put your mind at ease. heather loves caring for homes and loves helping owners have an amazing time in Steamboat. Heather is more than just a "handyman", she's your personal concierge, manger, snow remover, security guard, and assistant for anything you need to make your time in Steamboat Springs amazing.
Heather has gained insight from her own property investments and 8 years as MPC and understands what it's like as an owner to work with management companies. Mountain Property Care has allowed her the opportunity to combine her strengths to provide a truly unique property care experience.
Heather's background has always been customer service; from restaurants to hotel customer service manager. While in college Heather started and ran Happy Hoppers bounce house rentals. After years of successful business, she couldn't pass up the opportunity to sell and enter the resort world, where she fell in love with making your vacation great. Before starting MPC, she was the front desk manager at one of Steamboat's 5-star properties, so she knows what you expect of your home when you return and is here to exceed it. During those years she personally walked all the property for weekly home checks, managed and worked along housekeeping, oversaw the concierge, and accorded maintenance in the homes as needed. Her extreme attention to detail helped the homes receive excellent reviews thus getting the property to #1 on Tripadvisor. Since starting MPC, Heather has helped many owners arrive at a perfect home and start relaxing right away.
