Meet Heather, Mountain Property Care's founder. I have personally lived in this great town for 11 years and my husband was born and raised Steamboat. Our daughter is 6th generation Steamboat, how awesome is that! We are curretnly building our new forever home on the family homestead just south of town and are so happy to call Steamboat home.
Heather and her husband, Tyler, own rental property in Routt County so they know the stress a second home can bring but are here to help you put your mind at ease. Heather loves caring for homes and loves helping owners have an amazing time in Steamboat. Heather is more then just a "handyman", shes your personal concierge, manager, snow remover, security gaurd, and assisant for anything you need to make your time in Steamboat amazing.
Heather has gained insight from her own property investments and understands what it’s like as an owner to work with management companies. Mountain Property Care has allowed her the opportunity to combine her strengths to provide a truly unique property care experience.
Heather's background has always been customer service; from restaurants to hotel customer service manager. While in college Heather started and ran Happy Hoppers bounce house rentals. After years of successful business she couldn't pass up the opportunity to sell and enter the resort world; where she fell in love with making peoples vacation great. For the past 3 years she was the front desk manager at one of Steamboat's 5 star properties, so she knows what you expect of your home when your return and is here to exceed it. During those 3 years she personally walked all the property for weekly home checks, managed and worked along housekeeping, oversaw the conceirge, and accorded maintenance in the homes as needed. Her extreme attention to detail helped the homes receive excellent reviews thus getting the property to #1 on Tripadvisor.
Heather has a BBA-Bachelor of Business Administration, Management Concentration from Mesa State, where she gratuated Magna Cum Laude. Since college many years ago Heather has always strived to continue learning. She recently got her CMCA(community assosication) license and is excited to be part of a professional group dedicated to building better communities. Heather also has a Class B CDL and is CPR certified.
Outside of work Heather enjoys dirt biking, snowmobiling, camping and spending all her time with her family.
